How we contact companies

Business correspondence we send is addressed to business contacts published by registered companies for business purposes. Our legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. This is not confirmed opt-in and we do not describe it as such.

Every message we send contains a working unsubscribe link.

What we do not do

• We do not purchase, rent or trade email lists. We collect business contact details ourselves from public company registers and from the companies' own web sites.
• We do not use affiliates, resellers or third-party marketing agencies. No third party is authorised to promote this web site, or any web site we operate, by any means.
• We do not send to addresses that have opted out, bounced, or asked us to stop.

How we handle opt-outs

Opt-out requests are actioned immediately and permanently. We maintain a single suppression list for all brands and domains operated by ONSA Plus s.r.o.

On request we tell any recipient where we obtained their address, and we erase all other data we hold on them.

Who sends our email

All sending is carried out on infrastructure under our own control, by named individuals accountable to ONSA Plus s.r.o. Some of these individuals are contractors rather than employees. None is a marketing agency and none is paid per message or per lead.

Reporting a concern

Any recipient or network operator may report a concern to onsaplus@onsaplus.eu. We investigate every report and respond.
